Steve Gillan is the Chief Financial Officer of Azure.

Prior to joining Azure, Steve was Chief Financial Officer at Mercantila, an e-commerce start-up where he was responsible for finance, human resources, administration and legal functions. Previously, Steve was a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Operating Officer at Fathom Online, a search marketing services and technology company. Steve was promoted to that strategic operating role from the position of Chief Financial Officer and led the company through its acquisition by Geary Interactive, a full services digital marketing agency. Previously, Steve was Chief Financial Officer at Alibris, a leading online marketplace for independent sellers of books, music and movies, where he led the company’s IPO efforts. Prior to his roles at these start-ups, Steve held a number of international and senior level finance positions with publicly traded manufacturing companies.

Steve received his M.B.A. in Finance and Business Policy from the University of Chicago and his B.S. degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois-Urbana.
