Mark Floyd is the CEO of Entrisphere, a communications equipment company. Mark joined Entrisphere from Siemens Information and Communications Networks-US, a leading provider of integrated voice and data networks and solutions for enterprise, carriers and service providers around the world. In 1993 he founded Efficient Networks, which, Siemens acquired in April, 2001 for $1.5 billion. Prior to that, Mark served as Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Networth Inc., a provider of Ethernet hubs, switches, network interface cards, and other LAN product. Mark also was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Interphase Corporation, producers of high capacity storage, and high-speed LAN and remote access applications. As head of Entrisphere, Mark is dedicated to meeting the needs of telecommunications carriers through cost-effective products that create new revenue streams while protecting existing infrastructure investments.

Mark holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and was the Recipient of the 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Southwest region.
