Martin Brusco, Chief Financial Officer

Martin Brusco is the Chief Financial Officer of Azure Capital Partners.

Prior to Azure, Martin worked at Meritage Advisors as a Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting and administrative operations for Meritage and its public and private investment vehicles. Previously, he worked at Robertson Stephens and Company as Controller of their Hedge Fund Department responsible for all aspects of accounting, reporting, tax and compliance for thirteen internally managed hedge funds. Previously, he worked in the tax department at BDO Seidman, LLP specializing in partnership, corporate and high-net-worth individual tax returns.

Martin received his B.S. degree in Accounting and Information Systems and an MBA in Taxation from California State University of Hayward. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
